Job Responsibilities
- Post new positions on websites and job board
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Work closely with a recruitment agency to bring more potential candidate for new vacancy
- Coordinate interviews
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Headhunt new talents
- Assist recruitment activities and events
- Produce a weekly report about recruitment status to manager
- Record and keep track of all recruitment expenses as per headcount and monthly expenses.
- Partner with management in the proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas in order to build a talent pipeline
- Assess candidates using behavioral-based interviewing in order to ensure top quality talent is selected
- Conduct orientation program for new employees
- work with department managers to ensure on the job training for new staffs will be done effectively
- Prepare and update employee profile
- Cooperate with other organizations to ensure they can provide us young talented resources
- Other tasks will be assigned by HR& Admin Manager
